This version of the Blackwire C720 is for use with Microsoft Office Lync or Communicator software. It is not related to the operating system of your computer. If you do not have this software please go to the standard version.

The Plantronics/Poly Blackwire C720-M BT USB Corded Headset is designed for use with computer, tablet (via bluetooth / USB) and mobile phone. The C720-M is a binaural (duo) headset, the noise cancelling microphone boom can be flipped to allow the cable amd microphone to be worn on either ear. It has generously padded ear cushioning for optimal comfort during phone intensive tasks.

This is one clever headset! The Blackwire C720-M has a USB connection for your computer calls, then when you need to go mobile, just unplug the USB connector to take the headset with you. It does still have a cable coming down from the headset, this has controls on it to answer/end calls, and adjust volume or mute a call. Plantronics’ ‘Smart Sensor’ technology lets you answer a call simply by putting on the headset. If you’re on a mobile call and take off the headset, the C720 recognises this and routes the call back to your mobile. Lights on the earphone allow colleagues to see when you’re on a call and of course you can listen to music from your computer or mobile!

Soundguard will protect your hearing against volume spikes. DSP and wideband PC audio all make this an advanced headset with the best possible sound quality. It comes with a carry case for execs on the go.

The C720 is available in mono (C710) and non Microsoft Lync optimised versions (with no -M).
