What We Don’t Love

– Older model
– The headband is thin and hard, so not comfortable on some heads
– Corded headset, so you can’t multi-task and have to stay at your desk

It’s important to note that this is not an active noise-canceling headset but rather a basic model with a plain adjustable headband.
