Jabra Engage 50 Mono USB-C Corded Headset
NB This is a USB-C device which is a smaller sized, kind of oval shaped connection. The Engage 50 needs further accessories to connect to a USB-A port. If you’ve fallen in love but only have a standard USB (USB-A) port, give us a call and we’ll explain further. Jabra have advised that audio quality via USB-C with a tablet may not be up to normal standards so we’d recommend you use the 3.5mm connection instead. (USB-C is designed mostly for PC & laptop)
With 3 microphones, the Engage 50 is made to perform in a noisy call centre environment, cancelling out background noise and breathing sounds. It has super-wideband sound for the most natural sounding conversations.
If you don’t mind staff enjoying themselves between calls, they can use the Engage 50 to listen to music via the PC (or mobile with a compatible USB-C headset port). The sound quality will be just as good as for voice communications. Bear in mind that this headset is mono (on one ear).
