What is EPOS? EPOS is the new co-branded name for Sennheiser.
heiser NB 20 Neckband for DW10.
This Neckband is compatible with all DW Office Headsets (DW10PH, DW10, DW10USB, DW10USBML, DWML) but you must have the HSA 20 which has been supplied with DW models since 2017 ONLY.
The older headsets do not have capacity to wear the headset with earbuds. The 2017 headsets came with an additional part which clips onto the headset and allows the headset to be worn with hearhook AND earbuds. This neckband will only fit into your DW10 model if you also have earbuds on the headset.
Please check that you have the HSA 20 prior to making your purchase. If you don’t have the HSA 20 we have bundled the 2 items together as the
